Fredrik Söderlund, Head of Logistics, guided the students during their visit at ICA's centrally located, highly automated e-commerce warehouse. During the session, the students had the valuable opportunity to explore the warehouse and observe various work areas. ICA has initiated the transition of its current store pick operations to the Ocado Smart Platform In-store Fulfillment (ISF) offering, implemented both within stores and dark stores.
