Magnus Söderlund in the media

After holding a seminar at a food fair, GastroSummit, in Älvsjö recently, SSE Professor Magnus Söderlund has been in the center of attention in international media.
Magnus Söderlund’s take on the fair’s theme, sustainable eating, was to push our current food norms by asking the audience if they would consider eating for example vegetarian substitute meat, insects etc. Human content was included in one question as an extreme case to see where the limit is. Magnus Söderlund did not promote any particular eating habits but only asked questions to get the audience to reflect on current norms.
