SSE students rewarded for thesis about diversity in business
The aim of the competition, initiated by Headlight International, has been to show how increased awareness of active diversity work can have positive effects on Swedish industry.
The Jury's motivation: "The winning essay The mortar in Multicultural mosaic provides engagement and is inspirational as it presents a practical model that illustrates and embodies what leads to successful leadership in diverse groups. The model can be easily applied in other companies and can thus create business advantages. The essay is ambitious and superior compared with the other interesting theses submitted."
The jury consisted of the following members:
Dimitris Gioulekas - CEO Knightec, Sara Öhrvall – Founder of and senior consultant at MindMill Network, Gunilla Nordlöf – Director General at Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth (Tillväxtverket), Sahar Almashta – Speaker and consultant and Annika Ferm Ormos – Partner Headlight International.
