Four lucky students awarded K-A Bonnier International Fellows Program

For the first time, four students have been awarded the exciting K-A Bonnier International Fellows Program. Mai Pham, Wasita Thongdee, Josefina Hagberg, and Märta Eriksson (who hail from from Sweden, Thailand, and Vietnam respectively), will have the opportunity to earn a Master degree at two highly esteemed business schools – the Stockholm School of Economics and the National University of Singapore.

This program is specifically geared towards students with a passion for entrepreneurship and SME growth in Southeast Asia and the Nordic countries. The scholarship aims to promote business activity between the two regions and to help the students acquire the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in an international entrepreneurial context. By studying both in Sweden and Singapore, they will gain a better understanding of the theory and reality of doing business in two very different regions. This will provide excellent opportunities to develop business as well as personal networks.

I am very happy with the outcome from the selection committees at SSE, NUS and the Foundation. The qualifications for the K-A Bonnier International Fellows Program are tough and I now really look forward meeting all of the Fellows together at SSE this autumn.
