This conference marks the culmination of a six-month capacity-building program spearheaded by the Stockholm Business School at Stockholm University and the Ro3kvit Urban Coalition for Ukraine. This project was supported by the Swedish Institute's Public Sector Innovation Program.

Five hromadas (municipalities) from Eastern Ukraine situated near the front-line and heavily affected by the war present pilot projects illustrating local needs and proposals for rebuilding their cities with both urgency and long-term strategy. The conference allows for a wider range of Swedish and International stakeholders to discuss and explore collaboration for a co-creative effort with decision makers from Ukrainian municipalities.
