Welcome to the first group mentoring session of this year's program, focusing on balancing career and wellbeing. This session will be led by Tania Johannisson, Founder & Managing Director at Amplific, and Ing-Marie Bergqvist, Organizational Consultant at Directa.
Together, they will explore the intersection of career success and personal wellbeing, sharing insights from their experience in leadership, innovation, and organizational health.
Ing-Marie Bergqvist is an experienced organizational consultant and coach who has been running her own business within Directa since 2012, focusing on leadership and organizational and social work environment. For many years, she held roles as a manager and project leader in marketing communications at Post Nord and Holmen Hygiene. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, a diploma in Organization and Leadership from the Gestalt Academy, and a Master's degree in Occupational Health Science, she combines academic knowledge with practical experience. Her strong business focus, combined with a genuine interest in occupational health, makes her a valued partner in creating successful and sustainable organizations.
Tania Johannisson is a multiple award-winning executive with 15 years of experience leading and reshaping multicultural organizations. From developing the first in the market risk management strategies to overseeing high-paced global operations, Tania's journey was marked by innovation, earning her recognition as an inventor of several international patents. Today, Tania leads Amplific, a strategic consultancy firm that helps organizations integrate risk frameworks with product innovation and operational excellence to enhance performance and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
