Breakfast roundtable on accelerating knowledge integration - 24 May 2019
A common strategy to accelerate knowledge transfer and integrate new knowlege into th organization, is to engage in strategic partnerships with selected partners. But how to deal with the paradox of a strategic partnership? On teh one hand, they are necessary to accelerate knowledge transfer, on the other, they simultaneously increase the risk of 'losing' exclusive access to valuable knowledge.
Featuring opening remarks from Professor Magnus Mähring, Professor Pedro de Faria (U. Groningen) and Research Fellow Anna Brattström (House of Innovation) presented what the latest research in knowledge transfer has shown.
The attendees at the seminar represented organizations such as Scania Group, Investor, EQT Partners, Vinnova, Bisnode, Ericsson, SEB, Atlas Copco and Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship, and the audience engaged in the roundtable discussions facilitated by researchers from House of Innovation. Thank you all participants for co-creating new insights with us!
