Building trust in times of uncertainty - 27 May 2020
Trust is needed now more than ever: our health and our wellbeing are inherently dependent on the actions of others. But building and maintaining trust in this uncertain situation is difficult. No one knows how severe, how long or how profound will be the impact of COVID-19, tempting us to behave both at our best and at our worst.
In this seminar, we reflected on both the bright and the dark side of trust in business relationships and we discussed guidelines for building trust in times of uncertainty.
The seminar was led by Dr Anna Brattström, a researcher of trust and collaboration in the context of innovation and entrepreneurship. Anna's research is about innovation and entrepreneurship, focusing in particular on how to organize collaborative processes in teams and across organizations. Anna is an affiliated researcher at House of Innovation, at the Stockholm School of Economics, and Associate Senior Lecturer at Lund University.
