Contemporary challenges such as Covid-19, financial lockdowns, and trade wars imply a new normal where new ways of leading are crucial for the survival and profitability or organizations. This must be combined with connectedness and openness to cross-boundary collaboration to ensure innovation rather than stagnation.

How to empower employees to have an active role in their organization’s digital transformation? How can leaders ensure that organizations remain agile and resilient in times of crisis? What is the government’s role in supporting companies’ digital innovation paths? What are the current knowledge gaps to turn new technologies into profitable and human solutions? What are the ethical implications of AI-driven organizations? How can we build augmented smart organizations that leverage AI by working, and leading, differently?
