Following Sweden's 2026 election, public debate has questioned the influence of Muslim voters and recently naturalized Swedish citizens on the result. In a recent Dagens Nyheter op-ed, six researchers at the Center for Migration and Integration Research (CMIR) examine how such claims can turn democratic participation into a question of whose votes are considered legitimate. 

A new postdoctoral research fellow and five new PhD students are joining the House of Innovation at the Stockholm School of Economics this fall. Their research spans sustainable supply chains, platform economics, human-AI interaction, strategy, and art and innovation. 

The fair will take place from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. at the Stockholm School of Economics and is a joint initative between SSE Center for Security and Resilience and Akademiska Officerssällskapet i Stockholm.

Swedish Institute funding will support SITE and the FREE Network in strengthening economic analysis, policy expertise, and research cooperation related to future EU accession.

The Center for Migration and Integration Research are now looking for a postdoctoral fellow to join their aims to create a platform to support the sustainable integration of third-country nationals in Sweden.
