How we perform, consume and judge sports is under transformation. This became clear when Sweden’s Olympic Academy gathered experts, startups and investors at the Stockholm School of Economics for the final round of SPIN Accelerator Sweden.

Julia Delin has been recruited as the new CEO of SSE Business Lab, the venture incubator at the Stockholm School of Economics. With prior experience as an entrepreneur and a good understanding of the different parts of the Stockholm entrepreneurial ecosystem, Julia brings the experience, capabilities and energy needed to take SSE Business Lab to the next level.

Professor Roberto Verganti at the House of Innovation has been appointed by the European Commission as one of 22 top innovation leaders to the Advisory Board of the European Innovation Council.

CIVICA has been selected by the European Commission as one of the pilot European Universities. A total of 48 applications were received, of which 17 have been selected and awarded funding, as announced on June 26 by the Commission. The application of CIVICA received 92/100 points.
