The Retail Day once again becomes a whole week of events! This year's theme is: "What's Next?" Between April 25-April 28 all students at SSE will be able to listen to and interact with many of Sweden's largest retailers.
Highlights from the event "Support the future of Ukraine"

The world is darkened by Russia´s terrifying and tragic war against Ukraine. The Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) together with the Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics (SITE) and the Embassy of Ukraine in Sweden hosted a fundraising event and discussion on how to provide intellectual and humanitarian support to faculty members, researchers, and students working within and outside Ukraine’s borders.
Fruitful European Student Assembly meeting in Strasbourg

In March this year, 275 students met at the European Student Assembly (ESA) in Strasbourg to have discussions about the future of Europe. 38 university alliances were represented in the Assembly, and Mara Balasa from SSE had the great opportunity to attend on behalf of CIVICA.

Earmarked projects receive lower peer-review scores than non-earmarked projects, but do not consistently underperform in terms of tangible outputs like patents and publications. This, according to new research from the Stockholm School of Economics, the WHO Otto Beisheim School of Management, and the University of Groningen.

The Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) together with the Stockholm Institute of Transition Economics (SITE) and the Embassy of Ukraine in Sweden invite students, faculty, staff, and partners to an evening to learn more about the impact of the war in Ukraine. We will discuss how we can support fellow students and faculty members from our partner school, the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) and Ukrainian academics and students more generally.
