Global Swede Award to SSE Student

The Global Swede award has been presented to Dariy Antonyuk, student at the MSc in Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics. Global Swede is presented to international students who distinguished themselves in areas closely related to innovation and entrepreneurship by the Swedish Institute and the Swedish Government.

Great increase in applications to the SSE BSc programs

The number of applications to the SSE Bachelor programs starting in 2015 have significantly increased. For the Bachelor program in Business and Economics the increase in applicants was 19% and for the Bachelor program in Retail Management the increase was an astonishing 73%. 

SSE creates professorship of sustainable markets

The Board of Directors of Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) has decided to establish The Mistra Chair of Sustainable Markets. The holder of the professorship will lead research activities at The Mistra Center for Sustainable Markets (Misum) and teach at SSE.
