During her visit to Center for Advanced Studies in Leadership Majlinda explored her particular interest in cybersecurity, uncertainty management, and the theory and practice of decision making related to collaborative platforms of organizing new firms. She is starting a comparison among Swedish and Canadian cybersecurity networks.  Firstly, she started to map the cybersecurity stakeholders in both countries. The second step will be to analyze the configuration and the functioning of the networks. The third step will be to identify a best set of practices and public recommendations for building and sustaining the organizational resilience to cybersecurity threats.
