It's a very diverse group with 52% having a non-Swedish background, 19 nationalities and various industries and positions represented, with an average age of 39.

The program is designed for working professionals who, with the support of their employers, work full-time while pursuing their degrees. All participants carry out a series of live projects in their organizations. These are projects that create positive change and measurable value for the participating organizations and hands-on learning for the participants.

“This is a great foundation for rich discussions and learning from each other, one of our educational cornerstones”, adds Wiström.
