Before the session, each student was tasked to apply for a fictional job, by submitting their CV and cover letter. The student's CVs and cover letters were the starting point for the training and the students got a chance to discuss do's and don'ts and how they could have improved their application.

Additionally, the students got tips on how to prepare for an interview and did a practice interview to get an understanding of how to thrive during an interview session.
