During the module, Anneli shared her career path, development, and provided valuable advice on the student's future careers. She told about her journey and how she arrived at her current position as CEO of Bemz after having worked in various other fields.

The CEO emphasized the importance of taking calculated risks and being open to new experiences. She shared stories of times when she had taken risks, such as moving abroad for work, and how they ultimately led to her growth and success. Additionally, she highlighted the significance of continuously learning and developing oneself.

Throughout the meeting, Anneli also posed rhetorical questions to encourage the students to think about their approach to employment processes. These questions included topics such as our unique strengths and what we bring to the table, as well as the importance of understanding the values and culture of the company they hope to work for.
