“Food of the future” at Martin & Servera
Emelie Hansson, Sustainability and Quality Manager and Linn Walenty, Head of Internal Communication, held a presentation on sustainability and how Martin & Servera approach the issue in their operations.
Students were then asked to generate ideas on how Martin & Servera could encourage customers to make more sustainable purchasing choices. Among the suggestions, students proposed optimizing search features on the website to make sustainable products easier to find, emphasizing cost savings by promoting products that are both affordable and eco-friendly, and organizing interactive workshops where customers can explore options with a lower environmental impact.
