Introducing Grilloumi to new markets
Led by the CEO Loizos Papadopoulos, the second-generation running the company alongside his sister VP Corina Papadopoulos, the workshop highlighted the unique aspects of Grilloumi, including its trademark and the challenges of expanding beyond Sweden.
During the workshop, students were tasked with proposing market entry strategies, focusing
on pricing, target customer segments, and leveraging AI tools. Their innovative ideas included forming partnerships with established fast-food chains, tapping into the U.S. market to meet a growing demand for affordable alternatives to Halloumi, and collaborating with food influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Thank you to Loizos and Fontana for hosting an interesting and challenging workshop, prompting students to adopt a business perspective and assess strategies that would benefit Fontana.
