AI at Accenture: Impact on the future of grocery retail operations

Retail Management students in the Accenture Retail Club visited the Accenture head office in central Stockholm for a workshop on AI and its effect on the future of grocery retail operations.
Linnéa Kraft from Accenture held a session on Accenture's AI vision for grocery retailing where the students got to discuss different aspects of AI innovation and its possibilities in the industry. New business models, new sales channels and new ways of interaction were among many things mentioned as shaping the new future grocery retail landscape. Finally, Linnéa dove deeper into some examples of functions where AI can be implemented within the sector.
