Consumer marketing at Vitamin Well

Students in the Retail Management program had a workshop at Vitamin Well about marketing Vitamin Well outside and inside of petrol stations.

Lina Wingren, Global Shopper Marketing Manager at Vitamin Well and Retail Management alumna, and Felix Armstrong, Human Resources at Vitamin Well, prepared a presentation about one of their beverage brand's integration in petrol stations. They asked two student groups to prepare a 15-minute presentation on how to drive consumers into the store with marketing. They asked two other student groups to prepare a 15-minute presentation on how to drive consumer action in purchasing the specific beverage brand when already inside the store.

The students did a great job applying marketing frameworks for the beverage brand to build long-term brand associations. Some of the suggestions from students included advertising location/creativity, unique merchandise, and props such as mannequin and ambassador lotteries.

Vitamin Well later provided an after-work with pizza, snacks, and refreshments. Thank you Lina and Felix for hosting us!
