Exploring strategies to increase Omaka's customer base
Hedda Spendrup continues her family's long-standing tradition in the beverage industry while carving out her own niche in innovative brewing. She personally guided the students through Omaka's brewery and restaurant, sharing insights into the craftsmanship behind their beer production and the brand's unique approach to pairing beer with food.
The students were tasked with developing strategies to enhance customer engagement across Omaka's restaurant, bar, and brewery tours. Their discussions centered around enhancing marketing strategies, improving customer experiences, and leveraging digital platforms to strengthen the brand’s visibility. The suggestions included focusing on their advertising through social media and working with search engine optimization. Another suggestion was for Omaka to restructure the booking process for their brewery tours to streamline the process and make it easier for customers to book.
