This week, the Center for Sports & Business initiated a multi-year management program together with Swedish Elite Football. Participants in this executive education program are high-level decision-makers in Swedish clubs (Allsvenskan and Superettan), as well as the Swedish Football League. 

The topics of the first module were: 

• Sustainable collaboration between clubs and the league 
• Trends in global football
• Football clubs as hybrid organizations 

The aim of the program is also to bridge the gap between academic research and practical application in the sports industry. It promises to bring fresh insights and strategies to the forefront of Swedish football, while it also inspires the Center for Sports & Business for upcoming research.

The next module with Swedish Elite Football is set to take place in September this year.
