MDA Students Return to SSE for Two Days of Learning and Inspiration

The Management Diploma for Athletes (MDA) students recently gathered at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) for two insightful days filled with learning, reflection, and inspiration from esteemed guest speakers.

Elin Emanuelsson, MDA alumna and entrepreneur, shared her journey from professional golf to founding Womni, a company dedicated to women's health. She provided key lessons on entrepreneurship, resilience, and navigating the business world beyond sports. Christopher Slim, a seasoned business leader, offered invaluable advice on recognizing strengths, shaping personal narratives, and building the right networks - essential skills both in business and sports.

The engaging sessions reinforced the importance of transferable skills for athletes transitioning into new careers. Through thought-provoking discussions, students gained practical insights into leadership, career development, and the mindset needed for success beyond the field.

A special thank you to Elin and Christopher for their inspiring contributions and for empowering the next generation of leaders.
