QS' latest ranking was released on Tuesday and includes data about which universities provide the best education in the discipline of economics and econometrics. SSE placed 9th in Europe and 34th globally, the same placement as in 2015. The QS rankings highlight the world’s top universities in 36 individual subjects, based on academic reputation, employer reputation and research impact.
