There are no fail-safe guides on how to be a successful leader in a normal setting, and even less so on how to deal with a unique crisis situation. Different situations call for different types of leadership. But we can always arm ourselves with knowledge and forethought. 

Students in the SSE’s Masters course Leading Change, led by Dr. Andrew Schenkel, were tasked with researching and recording podcasts on a freely chosen dimension of crisis leadership. Dr. Schenkel has chosen five of these podcasts to be published online. The podcast series aims to provide insight into both challenges and solutions in stormy times.
