SSE ranks highest in annual internationalization index
STINT’s index details development in six key aspects of internationalization, including research, education, personnel, and management, and provides support in the Stockholm School of Economics’ continued internationalization efforts. The Internationalization Index is intended as a tool for defining internationalization in higher education and research, and for increasing commitment in issues related to internationalization.
According to Lars Strannegård, President of the Stockholm School of Economics, the goal is to become a leading international business school and he is happy to see that index reflects the efforts.
“Our collaboration within the European universities initiative and the CIVICA network proves that we can maintain close international ties and grow together, even in difficult times like these,” says Lars Strannegård.
The maximum of five stars was awarded to four Universities this year: the Stockholm School of Economics, Chalmers University of Technology, KTH Royal Institute of Technology and also Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, which is new on the five-star list.
