💬 General information

The rooms at Lappkärrsberget (Lappis) are 18 or 21 sqm and have private bathrooms and access to a shared kitchen. The furniture consists of a bed, a desk, two chairs, a bookcase and a ceiling lamp in the hall.

Textiles include a shower drapery, curtains, mattress cover, bed quilt and pillow. Bed linen and towels are not provided.

🏠 Rent: SEK 5,700 per month*

*Please note that this is the rent for the spring semester 2024. The rent for the fall semester might change and will be communicated here.

Included in the rent: Furniture, water, heating, electricity, broadband and a home insurance.

Kitchen facilities: The communal kitchen is shared by 7–10 students.
