• The student housing is located in South-Western part of Stockholm in a residential area in Liljeholmen, about 15 minutes from SSE with public transportation.
• The apartments are 30 sqm with a kitchen, a balcony and a bathroom including a shower and a toilet. Our apartments are fully furnished.
• Furniture, electricity, water, heating and a home insurance are included in the rent. Internet is not included.
• The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils such as plates, glasses, cutlery and pots.
• Textiles included: shower drapery, curtains, mattress cover, bed quilt and pillow. Bed linen and towels are not provided.
• Fault report: Information on how to address the landlord is posted in the entrance of the building.
