Dong Yan
Dong Yan is an Associate Professor of Finance RSM at Erasmus University and was an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) and a Research Fellow at the Swedish House of Finance (SHoF) until August 31st 2023. Dong obtained her Ph.D. in Finance in 2015 from HKUST Business School. She joined the Stockholm School of Economics in 2015 where she teached M&A to Master students in Finance. Dong’s research interest lies in the interaction of corporate financing and investment. Her current work covers how financial constraints affect corporate investment and inventory management behavior, and how the stock market affects private firms’ investment through an information spillover channel.
