Dong Yan

Dong Yan is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) and a Research Fellow at the Swedish House of Finance (SHoF). Dong obtained her Ph.D. in Finance in 2015 from HKUST Business School. She joined the Stockholm School of Economics in 2015 where she teaches M&A to Master students in Finance. Dong’s research interest lies in the interaction of corporate financing and investment.
