Kelly Shue

Kelly Shue is a Finance Professor at Yale Management School, and her research explores compensation and promotions, gender and negotiations, and executive social networks. She serves as an associate editor at the Journal of Finance and Journal of Financial Economics. Before Yale, Professor Shue taught MBA Corporate Finance at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
