Maria Janson

Maria has 24 years of experience in the finance industry. She is the Head of Institutional Banking at Swedbank. She joined the organization in 2010 to build up a unit which today is called Institutional Clients and since then she has held several positions such as Head of Markets, Global Head of Corporate Sales at Markets, and Head of Institutional Clients at Client Coverage. Prior to Swedbank, Maria spent 10 years at SEB Merchant Banking and 4 years at Scania Treasury. Maria was appointed as Chair to the Board of Directors of Swedish Securities Markets Association in 2022.
