Per Strömberg is SSE Centennial Professor of Finance and Private Equity at the Stockholm School of Economics and director of Swedish House of Finance (SHOF). Per forms part of a 10-person strong committee that proposed Eugene F. Fama (University of Chicago), Lars Peter Hansen (University of Chicago) and Robert J. Shiller (Yale University) for the 2013 Prize in Economic Sciences awarded by the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. In this interview, Per explains the principal ideas of these laureates centered around the notion of predictability in financial markets.
