Transport and hotels

When you have prominent guests and speakers coming to SSE, you might need take extra good care of these to make them "feel at home". Here are some recommendations of some of our suppliers that will help you along the way.

Hotels

In some cases, you might need to book hotelrooms for the guests. We have two hotel chains that we collaborate, namely hotell Hellsten on Luntmakargatan and hotell Birger Jarl located on Tulegatan. Both are within walking distance of SSE.

Taxi

We primarily advocate municipal traffic or walking. However, sometimeas the distance is too far or the weather conditions are poor, and taxi is the best option. SSE has a collaboration with Taxi Stockholm. 
Look in the Purchase Policy and Supplier-list to find account number and contact details. 

Buss transportation

For larger events where guests have to be moved from one place to another in a short time, buses are a recommended means of transport. Suggested supplier to be added soon.
