Anna Brattström studies the people-side of innovation and entrepreneurship, focusing on how individuals, teams and organizations come together and work together exploring novel opportunities. Her work has been published in journals such as Organization Studies, Research Policy, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice and Journal of Product Innovation Management.

Anna is also elected representative at large for the Strategy Process Interest Group at the Strategic Management Society and serve on the editorial review board of the Journal of Management Studies.
