Cecilia is a researcher in Defence Economics at the Swedish Defence Research Agency (Totalförsvarets forskningsinstitut, FOI). Her research interests focus on defence innovation and the defence industry, as well as organised and economic crime (such as crimes against the welfare system).

Cecilia has a PhD in Business Administration (Management and Organization) from the Stockholm School of Economics.
