Antoaneta Momcheva is an Assistant Professor at the House of Innovation at the Stockholm of Economics (SSE).
Antoaneta holds a Ph.D in Business Studies (Operations Management) from IE Business School, IE University. She also holds a M.Sc. in Research Methodology in Management Science and a M.Sc. in International Business from IE Business School, IE University, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Saint Louis University. Prior to pursuing her Ph.D., Antoaneta worked as a Business Analyst in a multinational consulting firm and as a Service Manager in a language academy.
Her research interest lies in the intersection of the fields of operations management and human resources. Specifically for her current research she collaborates with companies to quantitatively analyze the impact of flexible labor arrangements such as the use of external labor or irregular schedules on individual, project and firm performance. Antoaneta has presented her research at numerous international conferences some of which include the Academy of Management, Production and Operations Management Society, Decision Sciences, and European Group for Organizational Studies. Her research has won the Best Student Paper Award at the Academy of Management annual meeting.
