I am a psychologist from Lund University. My main interest is in psychological measurement and the methodological issues that surrounds research and applications that are based on psychological measurement in hierarchies. My dissertation is about the application of differential psychology, or personality, to team research. Personality and team research use different sources of variability based on same psychological measurement, which results in vastly different and competing research output. The dissertation work is also about new venture teams, which is part of entrepreneurship research and an important area for the study of psychological measurement in teams. That is because entrepreneurship research studies both individuals and teams, and is closely related to applied settings with economic impact.
At the Center for Educational Leadership and Excellence, I work with leadership research in Swedish schools and study both measurement and the effects of leadership.
