Production and Sustainability at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners

Retail Management students in CCEP Retail Club had a company visit at CCEP to see their production facilities and how they work with sustainability.

Thomas Andersson, production worker at CCEP, held a guided tour around the
CCEP production facilities and gave interesting insights on the constant development
and problems in the industry. Commercial Graduates Arthur Thorup and Renyo Aslan later held a presentation regarding sustainability goals CCEP are working towards and how they plan on reaching them. They asked students to give ideas for sustainable actions to take regarding customers running convenience stores, amusement parks, and music festivals.

Some suggestions presented by the students were sample testing to see how little the
difference between the more sustainable Coca-Cola Zero and regular Coca-Cola was,
reducing plastic waste by building more soda fountains, and promoting the existence
of local plastic recycling stations in specific locations.
