I am Annelies Scheers, PhD researcher affiliated with KU Leuven (Belgium), Department of Work and Organisation Studies. My research focuses on labour market activation policies, in which I investigate how gender, racial, and social inequalities persist within on-the-ground employment interventions.

In December, I will be visiting the Center of Responsible Leadership, eagerly anticipating connections with critical scholars in areas such as inclusion, employment, integration. The purpose of my visit is to engage in discussions that will challenge and enrich my research.
