Happiness in the Nordic countries

We utilize the upcoming US election as a natural experiment to gauge domestic and international effects o wellbeing, democratic and welfare behaviors.

Happiness interventions
How can happiness be increased through different daily interventions? We conduct experiments and cross-sectional and longitudinal follow-ups on behavioral, mental and contextual interventions.
The Happiness Experiment #lyckoexperimentet
In collaboration with TikTok, we conducted an experiment of unprecedented scale to see whether interventions in the form of reflections and behavioral changes can engage enough many people to have a significant effect on national happiness in Sweden.
