The innovation and changing consumer behaviors during the ongoing corona crisis are in many ways here to stay. The retail industry was already in a phase of extreme structural transformation.⠀
"There is a lot going on when looking at development of last mile delivery. It’s hard to say which initiatives that will survive in the end, but it would not be surprising if some of the innovations that we now see are here to stay", says Sara Rosengren in Dagens Industri.
