The students were guided through the session by HR-generalists Linda Hergefeldt and Sofie Mortensen who gave their best tips based on years of recruitment experience. The first part of the session treated topics such as where you find jobs, what a CV should contain, how you can prepare for the interview and how you should act during it. The students were also given personal feedback on their CV:s and the recruitment test that had been done before the career training module.

During the second part career development on the workplace was discussed. General tips were given on how you advance within the company and previous Retail Management student Sanna Spjut shared her experience as category and purchasing manager.
