The workshop about case cracking and problem solving was held by Johan Åkerlund and RM alumna Josefin Edenborg. The students were taught tips and tricks as well as common misconceptions in regards to case interviews. Later, the students were divided into groups to practise case cracking with the task to through strategic initiatives reduce carbon footprint for the City of Stockholm. This required the students to work on their problem solving abilities as well as to experience what case cracking is like. The solutions were later presented, and potential answers were discussed within the class.
