Envisioning Future Customer Journeys with Systembolaget

The Retail Management students in Systembolaget's Retail Club visited the company's head office in central Stockholm for a workshop focusing on visualizing future customer journeys.

Sofia Norén Sundström and Kristina Rosenberg, Business Developers at Systembolaget, hosted a workshop aligned with one of the company’s current projects centered on future customer expectations. The workshop was also closely tied to the third-year RM-students' company project ”The Future of Payments”, made on behalf of Systembolaget. In groups, the students were tasked with trying to envision and increasingly challenge the existing customer journey, pushing the boundaries of what customer experiences at Systembolaget could look like over the next decade.
