Gap Analysis of the Online Second-Hand Market with Relovie

The Retail Management students in Circular Impact Retail Club got to deep dive into the current and dream states of online second-hand shopping during a workshop with Relovie.

The first workshop (ever) in the new Circular Impact Retail Club was with Relovie, an emerging platform aiming to make second-hand shopping easy, fun, and sustainable. Co-founders Anna Dagälv and Jonatan Jall Jahja led the session, introducing Relovie's mission and role in the online second-hand market. Jesper Kjellerås, founder of the Impact Hub, also presented the hub's mission.

Before the workshop, the students completed a survey for Relovie on their second-hand shopping behaviors, which formed the basis for group discussions. Divided into groups based on their varying experiences with second-hand shopping, the students worked on identifying how platforms like Relovie can bridge the gap between current challenges and future aspirations in the online second-hand market. Various of the presented suggestions involved the incorporation of AI.

Thanks to Anna and Jonatan for hosting this engaging workshop as well as introducing us to Relovie's exciting journey. Also, a thank you to Jesper and the Impact Hub for having us!
