Gen Z at Axfood
After a quick introduction to the Axfood Group, the students were divided into groups and analysed how the respective companies within Axfood could become more attractive to Gen Z in 2030. During the workshop several specialists from the fields of Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence engaged with the students and helped them brainstorm different ideas.
Afterwards the students presented their findings and solutions to several managers at Axfood, one of them Björn Blomqvist, Head of AI Strategy. On top of that, Axfood delivered a world class fika which really aided the thinking!
