Emma Nyquist, Specialist Talent Foundations, held the workshop at the ICA Head Office in Solna and the students were also given a tour of the facilities.

The goal of the workshop was to come up with strategies for the launch of ICA's new self-leadership model to reach all 20 000 employees. The company's employees work in many different business segments, which makes the launch more challenging. Previously, there was a model for managers, however ICA wants to encourage all employees to utilize leadership skills in everyday tasks.

There was a big variation between ideas from all groups, however all groups wanted to make the launch interactive in different ways, through workshops with varied themes and executions.
