Third and final module of the European Sports Business Program (ESBP) held at ESSEC Business School in Paris
Between May 27 and May 29, participants of the European Sports Business Program (ESBP) concluded their exciting learning journey at ESSEC Business School in Paris. The third and final part of the program concluded the learnings from the first (Corporate Foresight & Strategy Making) and second (Management & Execution) part with Sascha Schmidt and Martin Carlsson-Wall at WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management and the Stockholm School of Economics, respectively.
Leadership and culture - third module
This third and final module, titled Leadership & Culture, delved into the critical aspects of organizational behavior and leadership skills in a sports context. It encompassed how to effectively motivate teams, create a culture of initiative, and foster openness for change. Last but not least, the module also centered around the paramount topic of instilling purpose in an organization.

The ESBP participants had the exclusive opportunity to listen to several profiles of French sports', including David Kahn (Co-owner and CEO of Paris Basketball), Michelle Gilbert (Chief Corporate Communications Officer, PSG), Caroline Jucla (Chief People Officer, PSG), Brigitte Henrique (First Female President of the French National Olympic Committee), as well as Georges-Henry Bediou (Director of Development and Communication, Stade Français).

European Sports Business Program
Overall, the European Sports Business Program aims to prepare high potentials in sports business for the (future) challenges within their industry through a tailor-made executive education program. The participants not only discover new skills and explore new ways of thinking but also expand their network through a diverse group of international peers and world-class experts, including academics as well as practitioners.
